Ingredients:
Chicken, Carrots, Green pepper, Fresh pepper, Irish potatoes, Onions, Garlic, Curry, Nutmeg, seasoning, Vegetable oil, Thyme, Cornflour
Method:
Cut chicken into desired sizes, wash n put in pot. Add your Seasoning, onions, garlic, nutmeg n thyme. Bring to boil.
The Stock of the chicken will form the base for the sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in pot, then add the chopped onions, fry for 20secs, add d carrots, Stir for 1mins, add green pepper, fresh pepper, plenty curry and your seasoning.
Stir continuesly for 1mins, add the stock and chicken, add already chopped and cooked irish potatoes, cornflour to thicken and salt to taste. leave to cook for 2mins. Sauce is ready.
