How To Make Crevette Flavoured Indomie Noodles


Ingredients (Serves 1)

1 pack of Indomie ( I used onion chicken flavour but you can use any)

1/4 cup of chopped vegetables of your choice

1 piece of chopped spring onion


4 pieces of shrimp ( 2 chopped 2 left whole)

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Sprinkle of Dry Chilli Powder

Method

In a pot of boiling water, immerse your noodles and boil for 2 minutes till soft.

Drain the water from the noodles and set aside.

In a separate pan, heat up the vegetable oil on low-medium heat

When the oil is hot, stir in the chopped spring onion for about a minute.

As the onions are frying, stir in the vegetables and shrimp

Add the indomie seasoning and a sprinkle of dry chilli powder and reduce the heat to low so the shrimp can cook properly if not already cooked.

Increase the heat and stir in the noodles till all the seasoning and vegetables are properly mixed in.

Serve hot
